Each Kinky Nomad piece is made to order, just for you. For that reason, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item is:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Incorrect

If your order arrives with any of the above issues, please email us at thekinkynomad@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item. We’ll review your request and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Please note:

• We do not offer refunds for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse.

• All sales are final once an order is placed.
